Story Idea

A child has just come home with a friend; you see one of the child’s dads working on his computer, talking on the phone (working). So they decide to go downstairs to the basement where all the toys and the big screen TV is. They turn it on to find the cable is out of service for the day. So the children decide to watch a movie, yet instead of going to the kids section of the movies, they go to the teenager section and thinking that the name is cool, they decide to start watching it not knowing it’s a horror film and after their imagination has gone wild, they somehow feel that the monster in the film has come out of the TV and are after them. As fast as they could the two children ran to toys closet and locked themselves in. They then tried find anything they could muster to defend themselves (I was thinking one child had a fake lightsaber, knight’s shield and bucket on his head, and the other had duel lazer tag guns). After they felt they were properly geared, they kick open the door and rush in to fight the monster…
